In most organisations, access is something you ask for once and keep forever. Few can say quickly who is able to reach what. For a long time that was untidy rather than urgent.
Generative AI turned it into a live problem. An agent can open a database and call an internal API in the time it takes to read this sentence. Ask most organisations what it was permitted to do, and what it actually did, and there is no answer to give. So the people responsible for safety say no. I understand the instinct, but switching AI off does not make an organisation safe — it makes it slow, and pushes the same tools into the shadows.
RAYVEN exists so that nobody has to make that trade. We give an AI agent what an organisation gives a new employee on their first day: an identity, a scope of authority, and a record of what it did with them. We are building that layer from Osaka, for organisations that can afford neither to be careless nor to stand still.
